superb weather, the thermometer rises to 26oC and the wind blows SE5/10, which gives us a small wave in the same direction as we go. It's strange how the creeks, islands that we find so small suddenly seem greater now that we're coming back. Lake Champlain is truly the most beautiful stretch of water since our return from Miami. The water is transparent, even if it is dark, it is certainly more attractive than no 'matter or between here and the extreme South Florida. Numerous bays provide anchorage well protected and still provide a fascinating skyline with the mountains along the entire perimeter of the lake.
